We want to inform our valued customers in Australia that the Express Post service is experiencing delays in delivery due to the high volume of parcels in their network following the Coronavirus pandemic. While Express Post remains our quickest method of shipment, please be advised that delays of up to 10 days on top of standard delivery times may be experienced. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are working diligently to minimize these delays.

Important Notes:
Please note that during Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February) and Chinese National Day (every 1st October), services from some suppliers and carriers may be affected, which may cause delivery delays of 2-4 days for orders placed around these holidays.
Some shipping carriers prohibit the transportation of certain items. If your order contains any of these prohibited items for the carrier you have selected, we will reroute your order through another carrier to ensure that it is delivered safely. This may require additional shipping time.
How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
You can track the delivery of your parcel online by using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email that we send you after your order is shipped out. The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email. During the holiday season, orders may not be traceable when the parcels arrive in the destination country because the courier website will no longer update the information about shipping package.

Customs Clearance & Import Duty
Your country may charge customs fees or take additional time to process your items through customs. While we do our best to avoid any delays or additional customs fees, unfortunately, we have no control over these delays or additional fees. Most countries do not incur any issues at customs and are delivered smoothly. However, if your country charges you additional fees or delays the delivery, we regret to inform you that this is beyond our control. printsplazza usually ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
APO/FPO and PO Boxes
Please note that most express shipping couriers do not deliver to Post Office (PO, APO, FPO, DPO) boxes. For more efficient delivery of your order, we advise that you not use a Post Office box when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.
Policy and Terms
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from printsplazza.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
