Yes! Unless it’s an exact reorder, you will always receive a digital proof of your item, which you must approve before we proceed with production.

If time allows, we highly recommend requesting a pre-production proof, as this will give you the best idea of how your items will appear when produced in mass. Please note that pre-production proofs may incur setup costs in addition to the cost of the item, and may add an additional 5-10 business days to the ordering process to allow for factory setup, production, and shipping. However, we do not recommend pre-production proofs for exact reorders, orders under $1,000.00, or rush orders. If you would like to request a pre-production proof, please do not hesitate to contact us.
